7. Limitation of Liability

SEFAWEB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Warranty and Support

  • We provide a warranty period for our work as specified in project agreements
  • Support and maintenance services are available separately
  • We will fix any bugs or issues within the warranty period
  • Additional features or changes may incur additional charges

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become due immediately
  • Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
  • Intellectual property rights are preserved as agreed

10. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes and post the updated terms on our website.
